- ☐Can they bill you in INR with a GST invoice, or only in CAD/USD?
- ☐Are they reachable in your time zone, or only Canadian hours?
- ☐Have they registered your equipment type before (vessel, HX, fitting, skid)?
- ☐Do they review your documents and tell you what is missing before you pay?
- ☐Do they pass regulator fees through at cost, or mark them up?
- ☐Will they manage renewal / revalidation, not just the first filing?
